This is one of rarer CDs out. Was put out on Ode Record label, which was before it was licensed to Rhino Records.

Back cover says "Printed in Canada" on the lower left corner, and has the catalog number printed in the upper left corner. 

Sides are Black with White printing

There are NO bonus tracks at all on this CD.

Back and front cover both have a slightly wider view of Columbia. Unlike the other covers, the top of her head and her chin are not cut off. Pacific is printed in the lower right corner of back cover.

It is in a slimline case and has the words "ADVANCE CD" printed on the left side of the inlay.

The CD is printed in B/W  and has the Street date,  marketing info, and track listing also printed on it.

The spine on the hinge side is printed in japanese, and the spine on the other in english.
